Best known for his theory of morphic fields and morphic resonance, and his research into paraphsychology RUPERT SHELDRAKE is aformer research fellow of the Royal Society, he studied natural sciences at Cambridge University, and then philosophy and history of science at Harvard University, before returning to Cambridge where he took a phd in biochemistry.
A fellow of the institute of noetic sciences, and a visiting professor and academic director of the holistic thinking program at the graduate institute in Connecticut, Rupert Sheldrake has appeared on numerous radio tv programs in Britain and overseas, and has published more than 80 scientific papers and ten books, which cover such topics as animal and plant development and behavior, memory, telepathy, perception, and cognition in general.
